About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the MRI business for the district, driving orders, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance
- Develop and execute district and territory-level MRI growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs
- Partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities, strengthen account plans, and close complex deals
- Act as the district’s MRI expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers
- Coach and develop field teams through joint customer engagements, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal support
- Leverage data, forecasting, and market intelligence to improve visibility, prioritize opportunities, and optimize commercial execution
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory and manage multiple priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of success in healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical technology leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, long-cycle, team-selling environment
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority while driving accountability and results
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to translate clinical and technical expertise into customer value
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- Highly organized and data-driven
- Experience using Salesforce and PowerBI for forecasting and pipeline management
- US work authorization required; no sponsorship now or in the future
- Must live in the territory; candidates sought in the greater Atlanta, Raleigh, or Charlotte areas
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across a large territory
