About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic clinical partner to the sales team by developing deal strategies across the product portfolio and positioning effective solutions for customer needs
  • Lead clinical product demonstrations, workflow evaluations, and stakeholder engagement activities to support sales and drive business growth
  • Guide customers through decision-making by recommending optimized clinical solutions aligned with operational goals and KPIs
  • Maintain relationships throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle to ensure successful adoption and solution delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to provide a seamless customer experience and resolve customer issues timely
  • Assess post-sale clinical support requirements and participate in customer handoff activities
  • Help facilitate successful implementation and installation outcomes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Field Services, and Business Units to share market insights, competitive intelligence, pricing considerations, and customer feedback
  • Use Salesforce, Chatter, and OneSource to share best practices and strengthen organizational collaboration
  • Achieve performance goals, follow established processes, and expand clinical and business expertise
  • Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, training completion, and professional growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical consulting, clinical applications, solution design, or clinical sales
  • Experience with enterprise healthcare IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows
  • Hospital patient monitoring experience highly preferred
  • Ability to conduct customer-facing solution demonstrations, workflow assessments, and solution consulting activities in healthcare settings
  • Prior pre-sales architecture or solution consulting experience, including alarm management and workflow optimization, preferred
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
  • Active RN license
  • Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for end-to-end solution presentations and live, in-person customer engagements
  • Must have US work authorization
  • Must reside within North Carolina, South Carolina, or eastern Tennessee
  • Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future
