About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide on-site, online, and phone support within the zone and nationwide to resolve complex technical problems and product issues for Xper/Flex Cardio products and Xcelera Cardiology PACS modality
  • Provide customer service by adhering to customer entitlements, setting expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times, and resolving customer needs
  • Understand the customer's business and competitive environment and generate service revenue
  • Participate in the regional work team, improve team processes, and identify training gaps
  • Increase capability and capacity by becoming qualified in multiple modalities and learning new tools
  • Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance, installation documents, and site/service documentation
  • Adhere to training, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Use tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems
  • Complete preventative maintenance, Field Change Orders, installations, and related tasks
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in a field or hospital-based service environment, or 3+ years in electromechanical industries
  • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
  • Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment
  • Knowledge and use of necessary tools and test equipment
  • Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work in office/home office, remote, and hospital/healthcare environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations
  • Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
  • Able to travel extensively, including international travel, at least 75%
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • US work authorization required; no current or future visa sponsorship
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to a major airport in Colorado, Oregon, or Washington state
