About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the key interface between Philips and customers concerning solution design
  • Develop sales strategies to technically differentiate Philips solutions in installed-base and competitive accounts
  • Provide customer-facing technical sales support in partnership with clinical experts and sales personnel
  • Understand customer goals and workflows and recommend Philips products for more effective and efficient patient care
  • Support Key Account Managers with technical expertise on hospital patient monitoring solutions and medical device integration
  • Collaborate on complex solution selling and translate Philips value into healthcare workflow initiatives
  • Participate in defining and controlling the Market 2 Order process, including Statements of Work and VAS scopes of work
  • Assist with customer presentations focused on technical components of the value proposition
  • Develop current-state and future-state proposals for Philips installed-base accounts
  • Support Request for Proposals strategy and quotation activities
  • Support sales goals, balanced selling, AOP attainment, business plan development, scorecards, and forecasting
  • Partner with Sales Support on sales tools, quoting/pricing issues, and competitive threats
  • Monitor competition and industry changes and provide feedback and product-offering suggestions to Sales, Marketing, and the Business Unit

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, or Electronic Health Records
  • Capital Medical Sales Experience or Patient Monitoring experience preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare / IT Technologies, Epic, Cerner, and EHR workflows
  • Experience working with Visio preferred
  • Results-oriented approach, high energy, and a take-charge attitude balanced with teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong business solution cases with prospects
  • Solid documentation skills
  • Must be within 1-hour driving distance of a major airport
  • Ability to perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements with or without accommodation
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Denver, Colorado; Las Vegas, Nevada; or Cheyenne, Wyoming
  • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future work-visa sponsorship will not be considered
