About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customer relationships through effective technical knowledge and service delivery
  • Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites
  • Provide exceptional customer service by meeting customer entitlements, expectations, commitments, and arrival times
  • Understand customers’ businesses and competitive environments and generate service revenue
  • Participate in the regional work team, improve team processes, and identify training gaps
  • Increase capability and capacity by qualifying in multiple modalities and learning new tools
  • Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, FCOs, preventative maintenance, installation documents, and site/service documentation
  • Adhere to training, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Use tools, support resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems
  • Complete preventative maintenance, field change orders, installations, and related tasks
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems
  • Travel across the specified geography, including daily driving, occasional overnight stays, and possible air or train travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging field or hospital-based service environment
  • Philips diagnostics and treatment training and experience highly preferred
  • Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
  • Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment
  • Knowledge and use of necessary tools and test equipment
  • Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations
  • Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
  • Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship will not be considered
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Cincinnati, Ohio
