  • Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights that support portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and long-term business planning
  • Address portfolio risks and opportunities proactively to ensure alignment with organizational priorities
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through transparent communication and collaboration across functions
  • Lead special strategic initiatives that influence portfolio direction, including investment prioritization and decisions on where resources should not be allocated

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, business strategy, or program management is required
  • Proven experience managing complex portfolios and multiple cross-functional projects while aligning initiatives with business strategy and organizational priorities
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance competing priorities and drive strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated success in portfolio governance, performance management, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to optimize portfolio health and improve business outcomes is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to work independently while building effective partnerships across global, matrixed teams
  • Self-motivated, curious, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
