About the role
- Enable field service staff to provide best-in-class service to customers with Philips medical device equipment
- Act as a trusted advisor in innovative education delivery methods and techniques
- Design engaging learning activities with a focus on remote and distance learning
- Maintain Course Development Process and resolve related CAPAs
- Gather requirements for learning products and outline course content and storyboarding
- Create consistent learning services and populate course materials in LMS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medical device education, ideally Instructional Design, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in instructional design
- Adult learning methodologies (including ADDIE)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Confident use of learning development tools (MS Office Suite, Articulate Storyline 360, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
