About the role

  • Enable field service staff to provide best-in-class service to customers with Philips medical device equipment
  • Act as a trusted advisor in innovative education delivery methods and techniques
  • Design engaging learning activities with a focus on remote and distance learning
  • Maintain Course Development Process and resolve related CAPAs
  • Gather requirements for learning products and outline course content and storyboarding
  • Create consistent learning services and populate course materials in LMS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical device education, ideally Instructional Design, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in instructional design
  • Adult learning methodologies (including ADDIE)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Confident use of learning development tools (MS Office Suite, Articulate Storyline 360, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
