About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert
- Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) products
- Serve as a clinical resource to Philips HPM customers
- Work closely with field service, sales, and project management organizations during implementation
- Understand customer goals and develop plans for clinical solutions support
- Manage clinical aspects of implementation, including assessing workflows and creating education plans
- Support first customer use and encourage ongoing adoption of change
- Troubleshoot and solve problems related to technical implementations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
- Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience is highly preferred
- Experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Experience in Critical Care Unit (CCU)
- Experience in Emergency Room (ER)
- Experience in Operating Room (OR)
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing (Registered Nurse)
- Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
