Develop and execute the annual Service Sales business plan
Drive contract revenue growth, market share expansion, and competitive positioning
Own Service Sales performance including forecasting, pipeline management, and execution of sales plans
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers
Lead and optimize sales operations including forecasting tools and compliance standards
Manage, coach, and hold Service Sales leadership accountable
Drive organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in healthcare sales leadership
Service Sales business experience is required
Skills include driving large, complex, multi-solution deals
Complex contracting experience, required
Bachelor's degree
MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
