Work to learn the installation process and establish rapport with customers while demonstrating urgency to resolve issues
Maintain knowledge of technical advances and current industry trends
Perform administrative duties within established timeframes, including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, and more

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries
Magnetic Resonance (MR) or Cath lab/cardiovascular/image guided therapy equipment experience and training preferred
Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment
Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
Must be able to meet minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements
