About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of customer-specific business plans
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key customers
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
- Lead the implementation of customer-specific sales and marketing initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer performance, and industry data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
- Experience selling to retailers and distributors (an asset)
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal
- University degree preferred, ideally a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Commerce
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
