About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development and further development of solution concepts
- Assessment and prioritization of opportunities
- Development of integrated solution concepts with a particular focus on concrete customer value
- Ensuring continuous knowledge transfer between the market and global solution teams and business groups
- Standardization of solution concepts and measures to improve process quality
- Coaching/mentoring through one-on-one training or via the SBA community
- Supporting the delivery of trainings and using materials from Philips University
- Evaluation of processes, conducting lessons learned, and establishing feedback processes
- Optimization of the solution process
- Development and optimization of innovative business models
- Identifying client needs together with the consulting team of Philips Healthcare Transformation Services
- Leading international teams of experts (internal and external) to develop customer-specific solution concepts
- Actively shaping the dialogue with customers during the proposal phase
- Responsible for the quality and timely preparation of proposal content and for drafting a contract that appropriately reflects the solution concept and business model
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Health Economics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management, consulting, and/or working with healthcare providers
- Strong business and commercial knowledge and experience
- Deep product knowledge of medical technology, including its clinical applications
- Professional experience with clinical workflows, ideally in intensive care
- Good understanding of the German healthcare system and clinical domain knowledge
- Extensive experience owning projects during the pre-order phase and delivering them within defined scope, quality, timeframe, and budget
- Proven skills in (re)defining processes, developing innovative solution concepts, and understanding client workflows
- Strong team and communication skills
- High level of commitment and assertiveness
- Entrepreneurial mindset in an innovative environment
- Ability to communicate appropriately with different target groups — verbally and in writing, internally and externally
- Experience in change management and LEAN management
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
