About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You support multiple sites and departments as part of a People Partner pool and act as the central point of contact for leaders on operational HR matters
  • You handle complex employee cases (e.g., conflicts, absences, disciplinary matters) and serve as an escalation point
  • You proactively support managers on employment law questions, performance processes, and performance improvement measures
  • You manage and accompany co-determination processes and conduct negotiations with the works council
  • You ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements and escalate potential risks to the appropriate stakeholders
  • You work closely with internal and, when necessary, external stakeholders (e.g., authorities, experts) on operational issues
  • You drive consistent implementation of HR processes across different organizational units
  • You use People Analytics to identify relevant trends, determine action needs, and derive concrete measures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience as an HR Manager or People Partner
  • Solid knowledge of German employment law and experience working with works councils
  • Extensive experience handling employee relations topics and complex individual cases
  • Strong assertiveness and confident conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into concrete HR measures
  • Pragmatic, hands-on mentality in a dynamic, operational environment
  • Business-fluent German and English
