About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver technical support and maintenance services including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
Document detailed service activities and prepare for service visits to achieve first-visit resolution.
Address customer escalations and feedback and execute moderately complex service tasks in the field.
Ensure compliance of Service Delivery Processes and deliver services effectively and efficiently.
Participate in Corrective Maintenance and complete the PM schedules within the stipulated time frame.
Implement FCOs of the respective modalities and act as a support resource to other FSEs for their implementation.
Report necessary information both technical and administrative as per the norms to the concerned Modality Leader and Territory Manager.
Coordinate the process of Spare parts Sales with the Customer assisting the Territory Manager, Operations Manager, and CS Sales Support.
Identify opportunities for System Upgrades and promote them to the Customer.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service within Engineering, Medical, Science related environment
CT/MRI/Multimodality experience – Mandatory
Medtech industry background – Mandatory
