About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads the development of Consumables demand forecasts using statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and market insights to develop high-quality demand forecasts
Develops and refines advanced revenue forecasting models for Consumables, integrating complex variables
Works closely with sales leadership to ensure the Consumables sales pipeline is accurately reflected in revenue forecasts
Partners with finance and supply chain teams to align Consumables plans with budget, inventory, and service level objectives
Utilizes sophisticated analytics tools and methodologies to conduct deep dives into revenue data
Ensures the implementation of demand planning and revenue operations software and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s OR 3+ years of experience with a Master’s in demand planning, revenue operations, supply chain management, or equivalent
Experience using o9 software is preferred
Skills: supply chain management, enterprise resource planning systems, inventory management systems, continuous improvement, demand forecasting, business acumen, scenario planning and analysis, strategic planning, supply chain planning, purchase order management, vendor and material management, KPI management, people management, and strategy development
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent
