About the role
- Support the Imaging Systems business within an assigned geographical area (Stanford and South Bay)
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites
- Manage customer relationships through proactive visits and timely communications
- Generate service revenue while adhering to state and federal regulatory requirements
- Adopt, develop and implement best practices and provide product/process improvement feedback
- Proactively schedule activities and assist other team members
- Manage company assets including labor time, parts ordering/returns, tools and test equipment calibration, purchase orders, company vehicles, and business expenditures
- Independently resolve equipment and customer issues
- Pursue technical knowledge and training; act as a technical expert in assigned modalities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service within Engineering, Medical, Science related environment (or equivalent with Vocational Education)
- Image Guided Therapy Modality System experience required
- MR or DXR experience required
- At least a bachelor’s degree in electronics or a related field (no bachelor's required if you have 4+ years of related experience)
- Strong organization aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to work independently
- Effective verbal and written communication with various levels of employees and customers
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings
- Qualified to perform work in at least one modality; may be required to qualify in multiple modalities
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements
- Ability to perform physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- US work authorization required; company will not consider candidates who require visa sponsorship
