Support the Imaging Systems business within an assigned geographical area (Stanford and South Bay)
Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites
Manage customer relationships through proactive visits and timely communications
Generate service revenue while adhering to state and federal regulatory requirements
Adopt, develop and implement best practices and provide product/process improvement feedback
Proactively schedule activities and assist other team members
Manage company assets including labor time, parts ordering/returns, tools and test equipment calibration, purchase orders, company vehicles, and business expenditures
Independently resolve equipment and customer issues
Pursue technical knowledge and training; act as a technical expert in assigned modalities
Requirements
4+ years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service within Engineering, Medical, Science related environment (or equivalent with Vocational Education)
Image Guided Therapy Modality System experience required
MR or DXR experience required
At least a bachelor’s degree in electronics or a related field (no bachelor's required if you have 4+ years of related experience)
Strong organization aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to work independently
Effective verbal and written communication with various levels of employees and customers
Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings
Qualified to perform work in at least one modality; may be required to qualify in multiple modalities
Knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements
Ability to perform physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
