About the role

  • Support the Imaging Systems business within an assigned geographical area (Stanford and South Bay)
  • Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites
  • Manage customer relationships through proactive visits and timely communications
  • Generate service revenue while adhering to state and federal regulatory requirements
  • Adopt, develop and implement best practices and provide product/process improvement feedback
  • Proactively schedule activities and assist other team members
  • Manage company assets including labor time, parts ordering/returns, tools and test equipment calibration, purchase orders, company vehicles, and business expenditures
  • Independently resolve equipment and customer issues
  • Pursue technical knowledge and training; act as a technical expert in assigned modalities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service within Engineering, Medical, Science related environment (or equivalent with Vocational Education)
  • Image Guided Therapy Modality System experience required
  • MR or DXR experience required
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in electronics or a related field (no bachelor's required if you have 4+ years of related experience)
  • Strong organization aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to work independently
  • Effective verbal and written communication with various levels of employees and customers
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings
  • Qualified to perform work in at least one modality; may be required to qualify in multiple modalities
  • Knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements
  • Ability to perform physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • US work authorization required; company will not consider candidates who require visa sponsorship
