About the role
- Manage multiple imaging systems implementations varying in scope, size, and complexity
- Act as primary liaison between assigned customers and Philips internal teams for each project/order
- Gather customer information to create project plans and provide technical/site details to internal teams
- Keep customers informed of project status via frequent communication, in-person and virtual meetings, and written summaries
- Coordinate with Philips teams to ensure required resources are in place to execute and complete projects
- Minimize overall project cycle time and inventory while maximizing customer satisfaction
- Monitor project progress to key timelines and forecast revenue timing for assigned projects
- Work with customers, general contractors, project managers, architects, and other parties to keep projects on track
- Ensure customer site readiness for installation of Diagnostic Imaging systems
- Lead teams of clinical and technical resources for each project
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ related experience in project management, construction or engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related field preferred
- PMI certification required for CPM/CDM role (must be obtained within a specified time)
- Ability to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental)
- Ability to read site-specific floor plans, drawings and specifications
- Experience with MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and CAD
- Demonstrated experience in effective relationship management across departments and with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within Eastern Kansas, Iowa, Western Illinois and surrounding areas
- US work authorization is a precondition; company will not consider candidates who require visa sponsorship
- Must reside in or within commuting distance to Kansas, Iowa and Illinois
