Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field
10+ years of experience leading complex product development programs
Experience with capital equipment, medical devices, or regulated hardware and software systems
Leading programs that combine hardware, electronics, software, systems integration, and launch execution
Ability to align teams across multiple sites, functions, and stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a structured development environment
