Key responsibilities & impact

leads customer education and engagement on coding, coverage, payment, health policy, and payer policy for Philips Image Guided Therapy Device products
translates complex reimbursement topics into actionable guidance for customers
builds relationships with providers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, hospitals, and other care settings
partners closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and medical education
supports customers across the full engagement lifecycle, including those evaluating purchases, participating in clinical research, onboarding new accounts, and maintaining long-standing customer relationships
provides reimbursement and economic support for a broad procedural portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with coronary, cardiovascular, and/or peripheral vascular products
10+ years of field reimbursement in the medical device industry
outstanding knowledge and strong understanding of US healthcare coding and billing systems
expertise in data analysis, health economic evidence, and documentation
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in health sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
CPC certification preferred
