Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- leads customer education and engagement on coding, coverage, payment, health policy, and payer policy for Philips Image Guided Therapy Device products
- translates complex reimbursement topics into actionable guidance for customers
- builds relationships with providers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, hospitals, and other care settings
- partners closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and medical education
- supports customers across the full engagement lifecycle, including those evaluating purchases, participating in clinical research, onboarding new accounts, and maintaining long-standing customer relationships
- provides reimbursement and economic support for a broad procedural portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience with coronary, cardiovascular, and/or peripheral vascular products
- 10+ years of field reimbursement in the medical device industry
- outstanding knowledge and strong understanding of US healthcare coding and billing systems
- expertise in data analysis, health economic evidence, and documentation
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in health sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPC certification preferred
