About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Determine and deliver on the people strategy in support of the IGT Devices Business strategy
- Proactively transform the organization according to IGTD’s needs
- Collaborate with top-tier leadership to develop and execute People Strategies that align with and drive the company’s long-term business objectives
- Develop and sustain strong, strategic relationships with senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Serve as a strategic consultant to senior business leaders, providing high-level strategic advice and customized solutions
- Partner closely with People Services to address the specific needs of the business unit
- Spearhead the integration of People strategies into change initiatives
- Drive organizational design and enable an effective operating model in support of business needs
- Determine and execute performance management and retention strategies and interventions
- Lead culture and change management efforts to align with the new operating model and company culture.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 11 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 9 years of experience with Master's in areas such as People Management, Change Management, Organizational Transformation or equivalent
- 11+ years of HR experience in a globally matrixed business environment with both regional and global reporting structures
- Previous strategic experience in supporting a business is a strong plus
- Proven ability to translate the value proposition of key people processes into impactful organizational interventions that support business strategy and drive results
- Demonstrated track record of developing pragmatic, value-added solutions aligned with overall company strategy
- Extensive experience in supporting significant business transformations and change initiatives
- Experience in developing and activating strategic people agenda for a global organization in a highly regulated industry, preferably MedTech
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Philips' organization or the healthcare industry.
