About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the functional expert responsible for multiple processes and solutions, primarily connected with cross domain Security.
Partner with Centers of Expertise and Functions to translate strategic objectives and policies into End2End processes and solutions.
Manage stakeholders like regional People shared service Centers.
Support security audits in the space of payroll and Workday.
Define and implement security improvement projects in line with Functional requirements.
Provide training and guidance towards counterparts in Regional People shared service Centers about the End2End process and the system in scope.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expertise across People processes.
Experience with end-to-end processes design and execution.
Experience with working in international cross functional projects.
Experience with People IT systems (HRIS) - Workday security configuration knowledge is a must.
High affinity with People technology and solutions, data and governance.
Analytical and problems solving skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Fluency in English and preferably other international languages.
