About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide exceptional technical support through remote diagnostics and on-site support.
- Combine technical, networking and customer interaction skills utilizing remote access technologies.
- Deliver high level support to Nordic customers with an extra focus on Denmark.
- Act as a Philips Representative, responding to inquiries and offering technical support.
- Support the local service organization and oversee monitoring of service jobs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University-level technical education, such as a BSc or equivalent, in medical technology.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in medical technology, specifically in imaging systems and X-ray.
- Experience in providing technical remote support and excelling at troubleshooting.
- Strong time management skills and interpersonal abilities, effectively communicating with teams and customers.
- Fluency in Danish and English is mandatory, with proficiency in other Nordic languages as an advantage.
