About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

partner with health systems, architects, and sales leaders to transform clinical spaces
optimize clinical workflows
identify and visualize design solutions
use empathy and a human-centered-design approach in solving customer challenges
align with enterprise sales executives and business teams
leverage space to improve healthcare experiences
may be required to travel several times a month for design assessments, customer visits and design presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in healthcare architecture, planning, interior design and/or industrial design
comfort in a client-facing role environment
strong proficiency in both 2D & 3D design software (SketchUp, REVIT, Adobe, Enscape)
strong outstanding visualization skills
familiarity with healthcare planning/design guidelines and standards documents
expertise in advanced visualization skills and Generative AI tools is a plus
bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, and/or interior design and/or industrial design
ideally hold LEED and EDAC certifications
licensure preferred but not required
