About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategy, growth, and executive partnerships for key national accounts—driving profitable revenue, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional delivery excellence.
  • Set the strategic direction and account plans for key national accounts, aligning to company objectives to maximize long-term revenue, growth, and retention.
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enable mutual success and innovation.
  • Lead complex, large-scale initiatives and contract negotiations, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Use market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to expand share, strengthen the value proposition, and maintain accurate sales data in the Customer Relationship Management System per company policies and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, product development, and customer delivery; provide performance insights to senior leadership; and mentor account managers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree, in account management, client relationship management, partner sales operations, sales operations, business development, or equivalent.
  • skills include strategic planning, sales acumen, business development, account management and account strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), market research and analysis, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, proposal development, and sales forecasting; knowledge of regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
