About the role

  • Develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a consultative way.
  • Develop and own strategies for customers to achieve business growth targets.
  • Negotiate solutions and close deals with mutual satisfaction.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and address any concerns after closing an order.
  • Communicate with logistics and project managers to ensure timely order processing and equipment installation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in hospital capital sales.
  • Medical Device experience, preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of the CV portfolio.
  • Develop strong relationships.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Solution selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to convert competitive accounts.
