About the role
- Develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a consultative way.
- Develop and own strategies for customers to achieve business growth targets.
- Negotiate solutions and close deals with mutual satisfaction.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address any concerns after closing an order.
- Communicate with logistics and project managers to ensure timely order processing and equipment installation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in hospital capital sales.
- Medical Device experience, preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the CV portfolio.
- Develop strong relationships.
- Strong closing skills.
- Solution selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to convert competitive accounts.
