About the role
- Receive, analyze, and record technical requests related to our DXR (Diagnostic X-ray) solutions
- Perform remote diagnostics to resolve incidents efficiently
- Create and track work orders, maintaining transparent and regular communication
- Manage complaints and security-related escalations
- Contribute to knowledge development by writing and updating the knowledge base
- Participate in the management and execution of small projects
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in an engineering, medical, or scientific environment
- Previous experience in a role involving direct and ongoing customer interaction
- Excellent written communication skills and advanced proficiency in technical documentation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve problems remotely, with a high level of autonomy and rigor
- Strong customer-first orientation, with well-developed empathy, understanding, and patience
