About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong customer-oriented mindset ("Customer First")
- Excellent written communication skills and advanced proficiency in technical documentation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve problems remotely
- Minimum three years' experience in an engineering, medical, or scientific environment
- Prior experience in a role involving direct, ongoing customer interaction
