About the role

  • Deliver agreed-upon growth in targeted accounts
  • Contribute to overall sales results of the covered districts
  • Actively manage, monitor and improve the team’s overall sales process
  • Analyze and quantify equipment replacement potential at targeted accounts
  • Assess regional market conditions, and create strategies to help grow Philips share
  • Partner with CADs and ECEs to assess and build out IDN and GPO sales strategies
  • Track and analyze customer performance, identifying trends, opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in the medical device space
  • Sales management experience
  • Experience developing long-term strategies
  • Experience working in both small and large company environments
  • Four-year degree
  • Leadership experience to inspire others
  • Critical thinking skills to imagine new possibilities
