About the role
- Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks
- Responsible for lifecycle management and market readiness including opportunity assessment, value proposition creation, product and feature definition, claims roadmaps, pricing, and launch planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize value based on market trends and regulatory requirements
- Continuously optimize strategy through analysis of competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs
- Drive product launch plans and support regional launches by developing local go-to-market strategies
- Provide strategic insights to regional marketing and sales teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience (with bachelor’s degree) OR 12+ years (without bachelor’s degree) in product management
- Medical Device experience required or comparable clinical informatics in a regulated environment
- Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS is a plus
- Experience managing hardware products is a plus
- Cardiology and service industry experience is a significant plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent field, or additional 4 years of work experience in related areas.
- Ability to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
