About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks
Responsible for lifecycle management and market readiness including opportunity assessment, value proposition creation, product and feature definition, claims roadmaps, pricing, and launch planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize value based on market trends and regulatory requirements
Continuously optimize strategy through analysis of competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs
Drive product launch plans and support regional launches by developing local go-to-market strategies
Provide strategic insights to regional marketing and sales teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience (with bachelor’s degree) OR 12+ years (without bachelor’s degree) in product management
Medical Device experience required or comparable clinical informatics in a regulated environment
Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS is a plus
Experience managing hardware products is a plus
Cardiology and service industry experience is a significant plus
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent field, or additional 4 years of work experience in related areas.
Ability to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
