Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed bachelor's degree in Business, Health Management or a related field (Master's preferred)
At least 4 years' experience in Customer Success, project management, or implementation of healthcare/clinical software
Proven experience managing complex B2B implementation projects in the healthcare environment
Good understanding of hospital processes, ideally in cardiology or ECG monitoring
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken (French, Italian or Polish a strong plus)
Structured, proactive working style with strong customer orientation and communication skills
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
