Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree in Business, Health Management or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • At least 4 years' experience in Customer Success, project management, or implementation of healthcare/clinical software
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B implementation projects in the healthcare environment
  • Good understanding of hospital processes, ideally in cardiology or ECG monitoring
  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken (French, Italian or Polish a strong plus)
  • Structured, proactive working style with strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
