Field Service Technician
PhilipsField Service Technician supporting Philips’ Disease Management Solutions by troubleshooting and maintaining technology. Providing customer support onsite and remotely while delivering product training and installation.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform installation (new and upgrades) and service for DMS products
- Deliver basic product introductions and non‑clinical training as required
- Provide remote customer support using approved software tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- A.S. degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum two years of experience servicing electronic equipment in a customer‑facing role
- Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and PC‑based applications
- Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
