💰 $90,000 - $143,000 per year

About the role

  • Collaborates closely with customer and vendor project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are aligned with customer expectations
  • Acts as the primary contact point for project related communication and information flow between Philips and Prisma at all hospital and organizational levels.
  • Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies.
  • Serves as a technical and operational liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing moderately complex inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyzes project data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support project goals, contributing to continuous improvement in project execution and customer value delivery.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives, deadlines, and customer requirements.
  • Provides support during pre-sale activities, helping to scope solutions that meet customer needs and ensuring the feasibility of proposed project plans.
  • Participates in the integration and installation of products, services, and solutions at customer sites, ensuring that all technical and operational requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Engineering, Science or equivalent experience.
  • Six or more years of Biomed equipment experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across clinical and non-clinical environments.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and program managers.
  • Problem-solving in complex, ambiguous environments and strategic thinking with execution focus
  • Demonstrated experience in successful relationship management with individuals of various backgrounds and organizational levels.
  • Effective customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
