About the role

  • Coordinate strategic initiatives in Medical Safety program
  • Lead key Medical Safety workstreams and develop project charters
  • Oversee scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with enterprise and business unit teams to align strategic priorities
  • Facilitate meetings and engage stakeholders
  • Drive stakeholder mapping, engagement, and communication for change initiatives
  • Monitor project progress using key metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Support execution of Medical Safety education and training initiatives and maturity assessments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Development, Business Strategy, or equivalent within a MedTech or healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of planning and managing complex programs and driving projects with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of Medical Safety topic, risk management, and driving quality improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and clinical workflows
  • Proficiency in project tools (MS, Power BI, other PM tools used in Philips)
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare or business administration, Project Management or equivalent.
  • Must be able to successfully perform Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • Willing and able to travel up to 10%
