About the role
- Prepare/conduct test samples for reliability and design qualification testing
- Document test plans and reports
- Support hands-on prototyping and machine preventative maintenance
- Conduct reliability and design qualification testing in collaboration with R&D engineers
- Perform failure analysis and safety testing
- Support prototype builds and document test plans and reports
- Operate laboratory equipment and environmental chambers
Requirements
- Vocational Degree; Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Acoustics or Engineering discipline desired
- 1+ years of experience in highly regulated Test/R&D lab environment (FDA/ISO medical device highly desired)
- Hardware troubleshooting and testing skills
- Prototyping experience
- Reliability, failure analysis, and acoustics experience highly desired
- Ability to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
