About the role

  • lead the development and implementation of supply chain and product industrialization projects
  • manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk while ensuring alignment across departments
  • monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure disciplined execution and successful outcomes
  • represent Product Industrialization (PI) on cross-functional Core Teams
  • lead cross-functional PI teams to successfully implement new products and product changes
  • manage comprehensive project documentation and process deliverables

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional supply chain or manufacturing projects
  • solid understanding of New Product Implementation, Lifecycle Management
  • proficiency in Microsoft Project and Gantt chart development (preferred)
  • working knowledge of SAP, Product Data Management (PDM), PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel
  • strong understanding of manufacturing production processes and product changes impact
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, Engineering, or closely related field
