About the role
- Achieving field sales objectives by servicing current customers and acquiring new customers
- Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization for medical equipment
- Ensuring continuity of the relationship with accounts (hospitals and medical institutions)
- Identifying opportunities for new customers acquisition
- Developing and driving long-term relations with customers
- Conducting sales presentations for new and existing customers
- Contributing to local marketing strategies for assigned products
- Collaborating with international teams and departments
Requirements
- University degree (medical educational background preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in medical equipment or disposable sales
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to deliver clinical/technical presentations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Readiness for intensive travel within the assigned region and abroad
- Experience with public tenders and healthcare procurement is a plus.
