About the role

  • Achieving field sales objectives by servicing current customers and acquiring new customers
  • Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization for medical equipment
  • Ensuring continuity of the relationship with accounts (hospitals and medical institutions)
  • Identifying opportunities for new customers acquisition
  • Developing and driving long-term relations with customers
  • Conducting sales presentations for new and existing customers

Requirements

  • University degree (medical educational background preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in medical equipment or disposable sales
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to deliver clinical/technical presentations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Readiness for intensive travel within the assigned region and abroad
  • Experience with public tenders and healthcare procurement is a plus.
