About the role
- Develops and maintains relationships with assigned transactional accounts, ensuring regular communication and understanding of customer needs to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Executes tactical account plans for small accounts, working closely with commercial specialists to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies and objectives.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create optimal offers for customers, ensuring competitive and compelling product propositions.
- Conducts regular sales analysis and reporting, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Implements standard business processes and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
