About the role

  • Leads the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • 2–3 years of experience working with construction companies
  • Communicate confidently in Polish and English
  • Ready for frequent business travel and on-site customer visits
  • Driving license will be must as part of your role
