About the role
- Leads the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Engages with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues
- Applies independent judgment to drive project success and compliance, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners
- Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Analyzes project performance data and metrics to offer strategic insights
- Evaluates project risks, issues, and changes requests, collaborating on mitigation strategies
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- 2–3 years of experience working with construction companies
- Communicate confidently in Polish and English
- Ready for frequent business travel and on-site customer visits
- Driving license will be must as part of your role
