Requirements

5+ years of experience in end-to-end Program Management, preferably in healthcare or a regulated environment.
Successfully led large complex programs, projects, and initiatives with a structured approach, using PMP, Prince2 or Agile methodologies.
Experience managing large-scale SaaS systems and collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
Solid technical fluency across architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps.
Knowledge of Agile planning using tools like Jira, Smartsheets, and Miro.
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or 9+ years of equivalent Project Management experience.
PMP certification, preferred.
