About the role

  • Lead a team of Regional Product Marketing Managers and drive high-impact market activation across North America.
  • Define and lead the North America regional product marketing strategy in alignment with global direction and regional business priorities.
  • Own portfolio-level prioritization and trade-offs for regional product marketing activation.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to represent North America needs early in content planning and creation.
  • Provide leadership and direction for regional campaigns, demand and lead generation initiatives, training and enablement support.
  • Establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms to track product marketing performance across the region.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or commercial roles within Medical Technology, Healthcare, Marketing Technology, or similar industries.
  • Proven expertise in strategic product marketing leadership, translating portfolio strategy into regional market impact.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across global and regional teams, activating content and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Experience leading campaigns, demand generation, sales enablement, and major industry events.
  • A data-driven mindset, with skills in performance measurement, KPI management, and delivering measurable commercial results.
