About the role

  • Responsible for the P&L for Diagnostic Imaging North America
  • Deliver the AOP and Strategic Plan for Diagnostic Imaging NAM
  • Build a high-performing team of Imaging Sales leaders
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Drive strong enforcement and execution of the Strategic plan for Diagnostic Imaging
  • Lead key transformations required for Diagnostic Imaging
  • Deliver above market results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • An advanced degree in a healthcare-related field or business a plus
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding people management/development skills
  • Proven experience in sales leadership
  • 15+ years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging for multiple modalities
  • Solid understanding of the Diagnostic Imaging market in North America
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned zone and to quarterly meetings
