About the role
- Responsible for the P&L for Diagnostic Imaging North America
- Deliver the AOP and Strategic Plan for Diagnostic Imaging NAM
- Build a high-performing team of Imaging Sales leaders
- Build strong customer relationships
- Drive strong enforcement and execution of the Strategic plan for Diagnostic Imaging
- Lead key transformations required for Diagnostic Imaging
- Deliver above market results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- An advanced degree in a healthcare-related field or business a plus
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding people management/development skills
- Proven experience in sales leadership
- 15+ years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging for multiple modalities
- Solid understanding of the Diagnostic Imaging market in North America
- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone and to quarterly meetings
