About the role
- Responsible for translating International Region & marketing requirements into a comprehensive and strategic training plan.
- Designing and managing all aspects of new hire onboarding programs.
- Developing and delivering leadership and advanced selling skills programs.
- Plans, coordinates and executes new product launch training initiatives.
- Identifies competitive threats and conducts skills gap analyses.
- Develops and implements tailored District/Zone training programs.
- Drives sales excellence by applying advanced Solution Selling methodologies.
- Maintenance and updating of training records and materials.
Requirements
- Experience as an Account Manager in hospital patient monitoring, Modality Sales, CAS, or BMM.
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Clinical or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales training experience, sales enablement, sales, clinical education.
- Proven track record in organizational transformation and change management.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker.
- Ability to analyze current market, competitive, technical, and societal environments.
- Innovative knowledge of effective learning and development methods in clinical context is a plus.
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices, knowledge of AI & Learning Management Systems (LMS) use is a plus.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
