About the role
- Translate marketing requirements into a comprehensive and strategic training plan for field sales organization
- Design and manage new hire onboarding programs
- Develop and deliver leadership and advanced selling skills programs
- Plan, coordinate and execute new product launch training initiatives
- Identify competitive threats and conduct skills gap analyses
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sales meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Clinical or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales training experience
- Proven track record in organizational transformation and change management
- Ability to analyze current market, competitive, technical, and societal environments
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
- Knowledge of AI & Learning Management Systems (LMS) use is a plus
- Strong team player
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
