About the role

  • Translate marketing requirements into a comprehensive and strategic training plan for field sales organization
  • Design and manage new hire onboarding programs
  • Develop and deliver leadership and advanced selling skills programs
  • Plan, coordinate and execute new product launch training initiatives
  • Identify competitive threats and conduct skills gap analyses
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sales meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Clinical or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales training experience
  • Proven track record in organizational transformation and change management
  • Ability to analyze current market, competitive, technical, and societal environments
  • Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Knowledge of AI & Learning Management Systems (LMS) use is a plus
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
