About the role
- Manage end-to-end accountability for multiple concurrent Radiology Informatics (PACS) projects
- Provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular reviews of critical path, risks, and issues
- Engage directly with customer executive sponsors
- Evolve frameworks for standard work and assessment mechanisms
- Establish best practices for first-of-a-kind project types
- Exercise people leadership responsibility for project managers
- Build a high-performing team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT
- Prior Radiology informatics - PACS experience
- Program and project management skills
- Risk management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Executive-level communication skills
- Experience working across matrixed teams
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- PMP, CSM, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
