About the role

  • You position our Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring and Lifecycle Services solutions strategically with hospital clients in eastern Germany, contributing to the continued development of our strong market presence in the DACH region
  • You support our (Key) Account Managers throughout the entire sales process – from needs assessment through proposal preparation to negotiation
  • You configure bespoke product and service packages (including updates and upgrades) for existing customers and collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals
  • You confidently present our solutions during customer meetings, product demonstrations, trainings and at trade shows and professional events
  • You co-develop sales strategies with the team and assist in implementing local sales concepts
  • You monitor competitors and provide input to Marketing and Sales to further develop our portfolio
  • You handle customer inquiries and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach aimed at long-term customer satisfaction
  • You work closely with Customer Service and other interfaces to continuously improve processes
  • You maintain leads, opportunities and forecasts in our systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring reliable sales planning.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in a technical, business or medical field – alternatively, many years of clinical experience with relevant advanced training (e.g., as a Radiology Medical Technologist or in (intensive) nursing)
  • Several years of experience selling medical technology, service or consulting solutions in the healthcare sector, ideally in capital goods sales or with ties to clinical IT
  • Good understanding of medical workflows and decision-making processes in healthcare, as well as basic medical knowledge
  • Ideally, experience in Healthcare Informatics, eHealth and knowledge of reimbursement structures in the DACH region
  • Confident, persuasive demeanor with strong sales and IT affinity and proven negotiation skills
  • High degree of initiative, reliability and structured working methods – even when handling complex issues
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork and the ability to quickly identify customer needs and develop suitable solutions
  • Willingness to travel within the region (including a valid Class B driving license) and enjoyment of on-site customer interaction
  • Good MS Office skills and routine use of digital tools and CRM systems
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
