About the role

  • Directing the end-to-end outcomes strategy for Philips’ largest U.S. monitoring customers.
  • Acting as a senior customer-facing leader and trusted advisor.
  • Championing full utilization of the Hospital Patient Monitoring ecosystem.
  • Aligning customer success plans with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Services, and Solutions & Delivery.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to expand existing agreements.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing Customer Success Managers.
  • Setting clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Implementing repeatable processes, governance structures, and outcome measurement standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of people leadership experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, Clinical Transformation, or similar.
  • People leadership and hospital healthcare or med device industry experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing teams in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of hospital ecosystems, acute care workflows, driving standards and adoption.
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Customer Relationship Management (or equivalent) or 12+ years in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with proficiency in developing presentations and reports.
