About the role

  • Performing the translation of a services blueprint into organizational designs and scaling-up approaches
  • Match needed organizational requirements as designed for the specific new services offering
  • Responsible for requirements design and development of an organizational structure
  • Validate that designed organization and scaling processes will perform in line with the set requirements
  • Ensure operational staff is able to perform designed interactions according to designed processes
  • Analyze different scenarios and/or organizational designs to ensure integral optimized designs

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business or technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and executing implementation projects, preferably in a services environment implementing one or more new services
  • Proven work experience in service or (commercial) supply chain or service organization with a practical understanding of market operational sales and delivery processes (Market2Order & Order2Cash)
  • High degree of services process acumen related to services offer and capability development, deployment, and management at a central level and across markets
  • Knowledge of I2M, M2O, O2C processes
  • Ability to lead in uncertain or ambiguous environments
  • Strong organization skills
  • High-level professional and interpersonal communications skills; superb writing skills in English
  • Strong (on-line) collaboration skills in a multinational environment
