About the role

  • Drive feature delivery in an Agile environment by defining and prioritizing backlog requirements
  • Oversee the End-to-end (E2E) lifecycle management process to align with strategic objectives
  • Review and finalize value propositions and business cases to support decision-making
  • Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks
  • Oversee completion of deliverables such as feature descriptions, value propositions, and cost materials
  • Coordinate claim roadmap development by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Continuously optimize strategy through competitor analysis, customer insights, and compliance needs
  • Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Measure impact on market adoption and positioning
  • Drive product launch plans and support regional launches with go-to-market strategies
  • Provide strategic insights to regional marketing and sales teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience (with a Bachelor’s Degree) or 5+ years of professional experience (with a Master’s Degree)
  • 5+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Business or Systems Analyst, or Product Manager
  • Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS platforms is a plus
  • 4+ years in a role associated with healthcare and/or medical device and software development in a regulated environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, RCM software, EHR integrations and SAP (a plus)
  • General understanding of Cardiology, Electro-physiology or Interventional Cardiovascular products
  • Knowledge of international healthcare systems, standards, and regulations (also a plus)
  • Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent.
