  • Lead and develop the ultrasound sales organization in Poland, driving market share growth and sustainable business expansion

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Manager or Commercial Role, preferably within medical devices or healthcare technology
  • Strong track record in driving market share growth and delivering sustainable sales results
  • Experience in leading Key Account Manager teams
  • Strong expertise in sales funnel management, forecasting and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, international organization
  • Fluency in English required due to international collaboration.
