About the role
- Lead and develop indirect channel partners and sales teams
- Ensure performance, governance, and capability development
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, strategic customers, and key opinion leaders in the region
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Clinical/Applications, and Services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Nursing, Radiology, or other health-related fields (preferred)
- Experience in sales, preferably with medical/hospital equipment
- Strong experience in commercial leadership, sales management, and indirect channel development
- Knowledge of the Northeast market (Brazil)
- Advanced English
